How does the cooperation work?
1. Needs assessment
We will conduct a free personal or telephone consultation to assess your needs, your requirements (age, language skills, professional experience, etc.), your company’s expectations and the benefits you offer.
2. Signing the contract
Signing the contract marks the beginning of our work together. In the contract, we will ensure all the conditions for the recruitment of the foreign recruitment agency’s workers within the specified timeframe, according to your needs.
3. Recruitment and selection
Once the contract is signed, we will contact our recruitment agency and forward your exact requirements. We will then send you the CVs of the shortlisted and suitable candidates within 2 weeks. At your request, we will arrange a video interview (or even a video test drive) with the candidates you consider suitable, and you will then choose the one you would like to work with.
4. Work visa application
With the help of your lawyer, we will start the process of applying for a work visa, providing all the assistance and documents required from the employee.
5. Training, entry
After a successful application, we will conduct the tests necessary for the employee to obtain the Code95 card in our Moroccan office. During the time it takes to get your visa, your Code95 card and tachograph card will be ready, so you can start working almost immediately! Once the employee has received their visa at the relevant embassy or consulate, we will arrange entry and purchase of the flight ticket on request.
